Services and Features

AI Image Generation

SeedreamImage provides access to multiple AI models for image generation, including:

  • OpenAI, Replicate, Fireworks AI, Fal, DeepSeek, Google, OpenRouter

Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription tiers:

  • Free Plan: Limited features with monthly credit allocation
  • Basic Plan: Monthly/yearly subscription with enhanced credits
  • Standard Plan: Monthly/yearly subscription with more credits and features
  • Premium Plan: Monthly/yearly subscription with maximum credits and priority access
  • Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for unlimited access (when available)

Credit System

  • Credits are required to generate images
  • Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan
  • Additional credits can be purchased as needed
  • Credits expire according to the terms of your plan (typically 30 days)
  • Registration gift credits are provided to new users
  • Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan

Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
  • We will provide reasonable notice of material changes
  • Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance

Usage Rules and Restrictions

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may:

  • Generate images for personal or commercial use (subject to plan limitations)
  • Share your generated images with proper attribution where required
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Create content that violates intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Produce content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content without disclosure

Technical Restrictions:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract AI models
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Bypass any security measures or access restrictions
  • Overload or stress-test our systems

Account Restrictions:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your account to others
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotions
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Engage in fraudulent payment or subscription activities

Content Moderation

  • We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms
  • AI-generated content may be filtered for policy compliance
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of prompts and inputs you provide
  • You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the Services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any reference images you upload

Generated Images

  • Ownership and usage rights of AI-generated images depend on:
    • The AI model used (each provider has different terms)
    • Your subscription plan
    • Applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for understanding and complying with each AI provider's terms
  • We make no representations about the copyright status of generated images

Platform Content

  • Our platform, website, design, code, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • Trademarks, logos, and service marks are property of SeedreamImage or respective owners
  • We respect intellectual property rights
  • If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us with:
    • Description of the copyrighted work
    • Location of the infringing content
    • Your contact information
    • A statement of good faith belief
    • A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
    • Electronic or physical signature

Payment and Billing

Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You must provide valid payment information
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation

Promotional Codes

  • Promotional codes may have specific terms and conditions
  • Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
  • Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value

AI-Generated Content

  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content
  • We are not liable for how you use generated content

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access
  • We are not liable for third-party actions or content

Indemnification
